Running Tales, part of Big Dog Comms and Step Forward With Lewis, was formed in March 2020, with the intention of telling the extraordinary stories of everyday runners. We wanted to speak to runners about what running meant to them, without getting obsessed with stats, Vo2 Max or the latest, greatest trainers on the market.
The podcast was followed by our Substack newsletter, Running Tales: After all is said and run, which has the same mantra, while we can also be found across social media and on YouTube.
In 2024, the Running Tales Podcast became part of Run, Tri, Bike magazine's Everyday Athlete Podcast Network, with episodes broadcast live across Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram, as well as being published on Spotify, Apple and a host of other leading podcast publishers.
